PREMIER SOCCER REQUIRED PACKAGE 

Premier soccer players are required to purchase the following items. If you are a returning player, please ask your coach or Age Group Director if you’re required to purchase the items listed below.   

**Important Note: Premier soccer and premier hoops player kits run on a 2 year cycle.**

PREMIER PLAYER ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

All premier players are assigned a jersey number that should be listed before adding this item to your cart. Please use the instructions below to customize your jersey and look up your player number in the SquadLocker database. If you cannot find your player’s name and jersey number, please contact jen@ppateam.com.

1. Select the required jersey from your premier program player kit

2. Type the player’s name in the search bar, underneath the production description

4. Confirm the player name/number selected and Add to cart

ORDERING TIPS

  1.  If you're ordering an Adidas item, please purchase it as soon as possible. 

  2.  Select express shipping if your order is placed less than 1 month from the start of the season (if this is an option at checkout).

  3. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated ship date, please contact SquadLocker’s customer service team
