Looking for a fun and meaningful afterschool job? PPA is hiring high school students to serve as Assistant Coaches for our Afterschool Soccer & Hoops Programs. This is a great opportunity to build leadership skills, earn money, and make a difference in your community
What You'll Do:
As a Youth Coach, you'll support our head coaches by:

Bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session

Setting up and overseeing drills and games
-
Leading small groups and helping kids develop their skills
-
Assisting with on-site logistics and dismissal
-
Maintaining equipment and keeping facilities clean and organized
-
Making sure every child is safe, engaged, and having fun!
Program Details:
-
Schedule: Weekday afternoons, typically starting at 3:00 or 3:30 PM and ending by 4:30 or 5:00 PM
-
Location: Afterschool programs at schools in NW DC, Rockville, Potomac, and Bethesda, MD
-
Commitment: Positions available 1–5 days/week for 10-week sessions

Pay: $25/hour
Who Can Apply?

Must be at least 16 years old

Passionate about sports and enjoys working with kids

Responsible and mature with strong communication skills
