Joining a Team

Returning Players

During the transition between seasons, Parents of players on PPA Teams will receive information regarding committing to their team for the next season. In some cases we will ask for a deposit to be put down in order to secure a roster spot.

Deposits are non-refundable and are taken out of the total cost of joining a team.

Once Rosters are set, parents will be sent a "Team Code" with which to register on our Member Portal and complete payment. These codes are sent out 1 to 2 months prior to the start of season.

Then we set the schedule, buy the jerseys, and get ready for the first practice!

New and Prospective Players

1st Grade and younger do not require a tryout. Interested players should contact one of our Directors (contacts listed above).

Tryouts are required for grades 2nd and older.

If you cannot attend one of our listed tryouts, or you missed the last one, please reach out to the appropriate Director (listed above) to schedule a private one.

Accepted players may be asked to put down a deposit to secure a roster spot. Deposits are non-refundable and are taken out of the total cost of joining a team.

Once rosters are set we will send team members a "Team Code" with which to register on our Member Portal. These codes are sent out 1 to 2 months prior to the start of season.

Then we set the schedule, buy the jerseys, and get ready for the first practice!

Premier Identification

Players in the development program who are identified by our Coaching Staff, or players identified at an open Tryout may be invited to join PPA's Premier Program.

Players already on a Development Team do not need to attend an open tryout. Those interested in the Premier Program should ask their Coach about being recommended.

How to Register

on the Portal

  1. Log In or Create New Account

  1. Log In or Create New Account

2. "Add Player" to your account
(if not done already)

3. To register for any PPA Program, log into your account and click on the "Add Program"

4. Select the program you wish to register for

5. Select the player you want to register

6. For "Teams" you'll be asked for a "Team Code" - this will be given to you as a returning player, a PPA staff member or a parent manager.

IF you do not have a team code, but want to sign up for PPA you can either attend a tryout (as explained above) or create a team.

Once you input the Team Code you will be able to proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation once finished.

Leading up to a season, PPA has to secure permits for fields, courts, and facilities. Practice and Game schedules are normally set within 1 month to 2 weeks prior to the start of a season. You can view your schedule on your member portal under "my schedule."

You can find information about your league, such as rules, schedules, and results on the League Page, stored under PPA Leagues in the main menu at the top of the page.

Coaching assignments are set about 2-3 weeks prior to the start of season. Once they are set Coaches will reach out to introduce themselves via email prior to the first week of the season.

Coaches will have jerseys, cones, pennies, goals, and any other equipment necessary for running practice. We ask that players bring:

  • A ball, shoes, and a water bottle

Coaches will hand out jerseys at either the first practice or the first game
