Welcome to PPA's Leadership Program

The Experience

At the PPA, we thrive in a progressive work experience for the modern young professional and are built around a group of strong, driven staff, volunteers and leadership program members. Our fast growing team is attuned to blend athletics, coaching, and business to create a unique high quality of life while building core leadership & mentorship skills across levels.

The PPA Leadership Program is a semester-long program in which participants will get to experience at least 3 out of 5 Key Leadership Components. Young Leaders will have the opportunity to receive PPA Leadership Licenses upon successfully completing each semester of the program. The program requires an average commitment of 2 hours per week (1 on a weekday, 1 on a weekend).
