Elite Pathway
The Elite Pathway is designed for high-performance players competing at the top levels of youth soccer within PPA. This environment demands consistency, commitment, and a strong development mindset.
Who it is for
Players who are committed to a high-performance environment, with long-term development goals and willingness to compete regionally and nationally. Families must be prepared for a significant time and travel commitment.
Seasonal Structure
U15-U19 heavily weigheted over Winter - Spring.
U9 - U14 Fall and Spring league seasons, national showcases, regional events, and potential playoff qualification tournaments.
Progression
Players are developed to compete at the highest levels and may progress into collegiate and national exposure pathways within the club structure.
Leagues
MLS NEXT (Boys U13-U19), GA Aspire (Girls U13-U19), Pre-MLS / Pre-GA Aspire (U12 transition teams)
Practices
3–4 sessions per week
Travel Commitment
Regional and national travel is required. Teams regularly compete in states such as North Carolina and Pennsylvania, with potential playoff travel to locations such as Utah and California depending on qualification.
