Jamie Davin
Executive Director
Jamie is a founding member of the PPA. He leads the team of program directors and coaches with a focus on creating the highest-quality experience for every player, parent, and coach in the organization.
Background: Captain of American University and DC United U23 team. First team all-patriot league and scholar athlete. Received a Bachelors Degree from American University.

Steven Rogers
Girls Development Program Director

Steven was born and raised in Mexico City. After moving to the US and sustaining career-ending injuries, Steven decided to dedicate himself to academia while coaching on the side. After obtaining his Masters in Climate Finance, he spent a couple of years focused on environmental and economic applied research. However, he is excited to leave research behind to share his passion for the game with the next generation.

Nikolaj Kapus
Technical Director
Nik is a founding member and guides the PPA Soccer Programs as the Technical Director. His focus is on developing the PPA Coaching staff, building and improving the PPA curriculum, and working to ensure the highest quality experience for all of our players. Nik employs a holistic approach to engage players and set them on a pathways towards success.
Background: Named 1st team all-met and Northern Virginia Player of the Year in H.S.. Went on to captain D.C. United U20's to two National Semi-finals as well as a 4 year starter at American. Nik received 1st team all conference as well as a Bacheors Degree from AU.

Adem Gokturk
Boys Development Program Director

Adem leads the PPA Boys Development Program which focuses on creating a dynamic soccer environment and providing opportunities for players of all skill levels to hone and improve their skills. As a DMV local who grew up playing for Team America Premier, Springfield Youth Club and the Virginia ODP state team, some of this fondest memories come from playing youth soccer.

Annie Worden

Annie leads the PPA Girls Program with a focus on building competitive teams and programs that instill PPA Life values. Annie pulls from her extensive experience as a star club player, college player, and professional. In High School Annie broke the single season goal scoring record and became the schools all time leading goal scorer. After graduating Annie attended Fordham University where she captained the team and won All A10 Conference honors. After graduating from college Annie played with the Chicago Red Stars.

Clare Roche
Director, Premier Coach
Clare is the Associate Director of Marketing and Events for PPA. Clare graduated from The George Washington University in May 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She was also a varsity athlete on the women's soccer team. Clare recently graduated from Georgetown University with a master’s in Sports Industry Management
Felipe Juarez
League Director, Premier Coach
Felipe Juarez grew up in the local DMV area in Montgomery County where he played for the Pachuca Academy. Later in his life he played for Rockford University at the collegiate level for two seasons. After a season ending injury Felipe graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Political Science. Felipe then pursued a career in coaching after college to impact children’s lives
Eduardo Flores
Director, Coach
Eduardo started his soccer career in Mexico City for the Chivas Academy. After moving to the United States when he was 10 years old, he played for the Bethesda Wolverines as a striker, Baltimore Bays 87s for two years and 89s as right back. Later he was named captain at Rockville High School. Currently he plays on Washington Elite FC. Eduardo help grow the next generation of premier soccer plays in the DC region.
Janan Gokturk
Director, Coach
Janan is a DMV local who grew up participating in basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey. She takes her passion for health and fitness to the field of coaching. She is currently a student at James Madison University where she studies Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with a focus in Math Science Technology and a minor in Exceptional Education. She has taken her passion for working with kids on the field and one day hopes to continue to inspire all children in the classroom as well as the community.
Liam Haycock
League Director, Coach
Liam recently graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a BA In English. He played all four years for the UDC mens soccer team. Having previously played for professional soccer academies in England for Stoke City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Port Vale. Along with playing at the semi pro level for numerous clubs and playing in the English FA Cup.
Michael Worden
President, Premier Coach
Michael Worden is a founding member of the PPA. He draws motivation from his own background as a youth soccer star and dedicates himself to making the PPA an organization that promotes and spreads the values of PPA Life.
Background: First team All-Patriot League player at American University. Four-time scholar athlete. Experience playing with DC United Youth Academy and Cape Town Semi-Professional Team.
Rose Sommovigo
Director, Premier Coach
Rose leads the Human Resource efforts for PPA. She's from the local DMV area and won 3 district championships and one state championship at McLean High School. She continued her soccer career through college as a 4-year member of the James Madison University Women’s Club Soccer team. Her senior year she was elected to lead the team as both President and Coach of the club. Rose draws from her experience to instill a “never give up" mentality in her players.

Bryan Reyes-Aranda
Coach
Bryan has played varsity all four years at Albert Einstein High School, for Montgomery College two years, while served as Captain for both of his High School and College teams. Bryan has received multiple awards since high school such as All-State First Team, All-Gazette Boys First Team and holds the best record in Einstein’s soccer team history winning the Division Title. At Montgomery College Bryan made the All-Region First Team and also All-Conference Second team. Winning a Region title and going to nationals.
Christian Vasquez
Coach
Christian grew up in the DMV. He played high competitive soccer for Pachuca USA and Damascus Predators. He also played two years of JV (Captain) and two years of Varsity. He left Maryland to go school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There he played Intramurals and was a player/coach for the men's club team. He also began his coaching career by doing soccer clinics with i9. He is currently the assistant Junior varsity coach at Holton-Arms in Bethesda, Maryland.
Collin Miller
Coach
My name is Colin Miller and I recently graduated from Providence College in the Spring of 2018. I have been playing soccer for over 15 years and I have been coaching youth off and on for the last 6 years. I am currently under contract with Loudoun United of the USL Championship division.
Daniel Meneses
Coach
Daniel is very excited to be a part of PPA and to share his love for the game. Daniel was born on Long Island in New York where he grew up playing soccer. He played for several premier-level teams as well as Albertson USSF Academy. He has coaching and training experience with Long Island Professional Soccer and with the Long Island Rough Riders. He was also captain of the Eastern New York Developmental Program (ODP). Daniel currently plays for American University’s club soccer team, and will graduate in 2020.
Idrissa Seisay
Premier Coach
Born in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Idrissa has been in states for 18 years as is thrilled to share his knowledge with the players. Biggest goal, aside from improving their soccer ability & IQ, is to also help them become better people, while developing a love and passion for the beautiful game.
He played college soccer at Washington Adventist University and Howard University and is currently continuing his soccer career in the WPL and education at WC/UMD
Isabella Lucy
Premier Coach
Isabella began playing soccer in Germany, where she was born, and continued in South Korea and Italy, where she grew up. She was a varsity soccer player and an ODP-Europe member in high school, making captain and division MVP her junior and senior years. She also played in the Italian Serie B league for three years. Isabella is a recent graduate from American University in DC, where she played club soccer and served on the executive board in her last year.
Jordan Burmley
Premier Coach
Jordan was raised in Colorado and Haiti bringing multi-cultural and international experience to PPA. He utilizes his educational foundation and player intellect to develop players with strong soccer skills and a passion for the game. Jordan has experience coaching all ages from youth through college.
He started Professional Career at 16 with Roulado FC, 1st Division in Haiti.
Kyler Sullivan
Premier Coach
Kyler grew up in Stafford, Virginia and attended North Stafford High School where he won a State Championship in 2011. After a stand out high school career in which he was a four-year starter and named first team All-State and first team All-Met, he continued his soccer career at UVA. Kyler started all 4 years at UVA and won the 2014 NCAA National Championship. He was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team that year. In 2015, Kyler graduated UVA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.
Leighton Meredith
Premier Coach
Leighton was born and raised in Jamaica and has been playing soccer since he was 5 years old. He is excited to join the PPA and bring his love of the game to kids in the DMV.
Leighton played with Sporting Central Academy through its progression to the Premier League in Jamaica. He attended Shepherd University on a full scholarship, working the team up to the rank of 14th in the nation.
Max Holdsworth
Coach
Max came to the States all the way from London, England. During his time growing up in England, he played at two professional academies (Charlton and Leyton Orient). He is currently playing on the Men's Soccer Team at American University. Max represented ISFA in England in 2015/16 and ran private coaching sessions back in England before moving to the States.
Mohammed Danish Akbar
Coach
My favorite sports are basketball and soccer, which I have been playing since I was a kid. In college, I was an assistant basketball coach for an afterschool youth program in Baltimore, where I learned that I really enjoyed coaching and developing the next generation of sports lovers. I was also heavily involved in organizing, refereeing, and playing intramural sports at my school. When I am not playing sports, I like to cook, travel, and read books.
Nahome Mazengia
Premier Coach
Nahome is thrilled to join the PPA and is excited to work with kids in the DMV to expand their love of the game and skills on the field. He attended Sheperd University and was First Team All-WVIAC for 2 years during his tenure. Additionally, he was captain of the Sheperd Squad for two years and in his youth was a DC United Super Y player.
Taylor Carr
Coach
Taylor grew up playing soccer in northern Virginia. In high school she attended Robinson Secondary School where she played varsity soccer for four years and was captain her senior year. She was twice named to the all-district selection, a two year letter winner in track & field, and was also a three-year member of the Virginia ODP state squad. Taylor attending Saint Joseph's University and was a member of the Division 1 Women's Soccer Team for all four years.
Tyler Martin
Coach
Tyler is a local star player who is ending his college career this at Catholic University. Tyler has been coaching with the PPA since he was 15. Tyler comes from a strong family lineage of soccer players and coaches. His oldest brother, Trevor, is a coach for the Bethesda Academy Program, and his brother, Collin, is a player for Minnesota FC.
Yikalo Tesfamariam
Coach
Yikalo grew up in Silver Spring Maryland, and went to Blair high school where He played soccer for the Blazers and coached for the Knights FC where he played club soccer in NCSL. He's a huge Liverpool fan, been supporting since he started watching soccer. He also loves basketball, from watching the Lakers and playing with friends. He has served as treasurer for the UMD club soccer team for the last 4 semesters. He loves teaching and helping people, especially when it involves sports.
Manuel Mastromanolis
Coach
Manny grew up in Bel Air, MD and attended C. Milton Wright High School where he played on Varsity for four years. He is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland, where he continued to play competitively in the Intramural leagues. Manny is looking forward to passing on his knowledge of the game to the youth of PPA.
