 PPA PARTNERS

dc united_edited.png

DC United Partnership

PPA is affiliated with D.C. United Academy’s “Pathway 2 Pro” (P2P) program, offering an exclusive route to professional soccer for its most talented boys. This collaboration with D.C. United and other top DMV youth clubs identifies advanced PPA players for monthly training sessions with peers from other P2P affiliates based on their performance, development, and preparedness. PPA coaches work with D.C. United technical staff in this identification process. If D.C. United considers a player ready for their professional pathway, PPA, D.C. United, and the player's family collaborate to create a developmentally beneficial transition plan to the D.C. United Academy, typically over one to two years with ongoing support. The P2P program provides a unique opportunity for elite PPA players to pursue professional careers.

Washington Spirit

PPA is an official partner of the Washington Spirit, collaborating on curriculum, camps, and coaching to better elevate the female soccer community. Exclusive Appearances by Pro Players Washington Spirit stars like Lena Silano and Anna Heilferty have already joined us at PPA camps to share their journeys and inspire our players. These aren't just photo ops — they’re meaningful, player-to-player connections. Mentorship for Our Female Coaches Through the Spirit’s Female Coaching Mentorship Program, our coaches receive ongoing training and support. This strengthens our technical staff and promotes gender equity in youth coaching, one of our core values. Unmatched Game Day Access From group outings at Audi Field to behind-the-scenes matchday experiences, our players and families get to see the game played at the highest level — while seeing themselves in the pros on the field.

FAQ's

Q. Where do I purchase my child’s uniform?

A. All PPA uniforms are purchased through Soccer.com starting June, 2025, our official uniform provider. Premier Soccer has also transitioned to Nike as our brand partner. More details will be provided Spring, 2025.

Q. How often do uniforms change?

A. PPA operates on a two-year uniform cycle. Every two years, we introduce a new jersey design, and all players are required to purchase the new set. New gear will need to be purchased Summer, 2025.

Q. What uniform items are required?

A. All PPA players are required to have the following:

  • Home jersey

  • Away jersey

  • Shorts

  • Socks

  • Warm up jacket

  • Warm up pants

  • Training shirts

  • Pinnie

  • Backpack

These items ensure that all teams are properly outfitted for games and practices for the next two years.

Q.  Is the cost of uniforms included in program fees?

A. No, the cost of uniforms is separate from program registration fees. Each family is responsible for purchasing their child’s uniform directly from Soccer.com.

Q. How much does the uniform set cost?

A. The total cost of a full uniform set is expected to be less than $350. Prices may vary slightly based on the number of additional items purchased.

Q.  What if my child already has a uniform from last year?

A. If the uniform is from the current two-year cycle, your child can continue using it. If we are transitioning into a new cycle, as we are in Summer, 2025, then all players must purchase the updated uniform.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. Orders are processed directly by Soccer.com and typically take 2 weeks for delivery. We recommend ordering well in advance of the season start to avoid delays.

Q. What if I ordered the wrong size?

A. Please refer to Soccer.com's return and exchange policy for specifics.

Q.  Can I customize my child’s jersey?

A. No.

Q. What happens if my child loses their jersey during the season?

A. If a jersey is lost, families will need to reorder through Soccer.com. We strongly recommend ordering multiple pairs of socks and shorts and training shirts to have backups throughout the season.
